F*ck PETA - People Loving Animals more than People is Sickening... FREE DMX!! FREE MIKE VICK!!

Here we go again. Same old Sh*t man just a different day.
Same man, Michael Vick and DMX, they don't see a person, they just see a nigger with money. and dogs. Everybody knows DMX is a artist, and part of his artist persona is a fucking dog, so why would this man kill abuse them on purpose? Obviously, that's not what's happening here. DMX has several properties in Upstate New York, so i'm sure his house in Arizona was like an escape from all the madness of NY and his career, even if he wasn't there for an extended period of time, that does not mean animal cruelty. Many details about the arrest and the perception of these crackhead crackers are disgusting:

"Simmons appears to be either unable or unwilling to provide even the most basic care for animals, People who demonstrate such blatant disregard for life and desensitization to suffering can pose a serious risk to all animals—including humans—with whom they come into contact." - PETA cruelty caseworker Peter Wood told AllHipHop.com in a statement.

Okay, so, not being home to feed the dogs is a blatent disregard for life? DMX even had a local hired to feed the dogs when he wasn't there. Oh, and DMX posed a serious risk for ALL ANIMALS? Oh, yeah, and people too, i guess people are in danger as well. These people are fools in their clear not just racial bias (but that too), but PEOPLE bias that they cannot deny. It doesn't matter what one chooses as his occupation, NOTHING outweighs the importance as PEOPLE and RELATIONSHIPS.

PETA is calling for DMX to be given time if he is convicted of the charges against him.

The organization also says Simmons should be prohibited from owning or harboring animals. Additionally, PETA believes the rapper should be required to undergo a thorough psychological evaluation followed by mandatory counseling.

PETA's letter to Maricopa County Attorney Andrew P. Thomas is posted unedited below.

May 12, 2008
The Honorable Andrew P. Thomas Maricopa County Attorney
301 W. Jefferson, Ste. 800
Phoenix, AZ 85003

Dear Mr. Thomas:

PETA is the world's largest animal rights organization, with more than 1.8 million members and supporters dedicated to animal protection. This letter pertains to Earl Simmons, 37, also known as DMX, who has been indicted on seven cruelty-to-animals charges and four felony drug possession charges. The indictment reportedly stems from officials' August discovery of 12 neglected, malnourished, and scarred pit bulls on the suspect's Cave Creek property, north of Phoenix. Also said to have been found by authorities were three dogs who had been buried on the property in question. According to the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office, one of these unfortunate dogs may have been burned. This is not the aging rapper's first brush with officials regarding his alleged mistreatment of animals. In 2002, authorities discovered 13 caged and apparently neglected pit bulls on Simmons' property in Teaneck, N.J.; Simmons pleaded guilty to cruelty-to-animals charges and was fined and placed on probation.

Mental health professionals and top law enforcement officials consider cruelty to animals to be a red flag. The American Psychiatric Association identifies cruelty to animals as one of the diagnostic criteria for conduct disorders, and the FBI uses reports of these crimes in analyzing the threat potential of suspected and known criminals. Experts agree that it is the severity of the behavior—not the species of the victim—that matters.

On behalf of our members and supporters in Arizona, we respectfully urge your office to prosecute Simmons to the fullest extent of the law. Because—as Simmons' alleged conduct may well demonstrate—repeat crimes are the rule rather than the exception among animal abusers, we implore your office to take every measure necessary to ensure that Simmons, if convicted, is barred from owning or harboring animals for as long as possible. We ask also that if convicted, he serve a meaningful period of incarceration and be required to undergo a thorough psychological evaluation followed by mandatory counseling at his own expense—the safety of the community may depend on it. Thank you in advance for your diligence in this matter and for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,

Peter Wood,
Cruelty Caseworker Emergency Response Team
Cruelty Investigations Department

Soulja Girl is 25 years old...she's got to Know Betta

She’s only 25 years old, but the dark bags under Nafiza Z.’s eyes tell the story of a young life blighted by psychosis, delusions, hallucinations and mania that are the hallmarks of her mental disorder.

Yesterday afternoon, Nafiza, was in the DeKalb County jail receiving the psychiatric treatment she desperately needed. But on April 7th, Nafiza was spiraling out of control on a MARTA train traveling through Atlanta’s east side.

The scenes captured on another passenger’s cell phone of Nafiza aka “Soulja Girl” terrorizing an elderly passenger - caused a sensation on the Internet and embarrassed MARTA officials who quickly issued a warrant for her arrest.

People with bipolar disorder aren’t usually that violent or aggressive even in their manic phase. They are usually more of a danger to themselves than they are to others.

Nafiza’s boyfriend Dee, with whom she has a baby son, said it more eloquently when he called into the Ryan Cameron Show on Friday, “If she wasn’t bipolar she would be the good a person on earth,” said Dee.

According to MARTA, the passionate young lady who displayed a variety of talents in a video we posted yesterday has a warrant issued for her arrest.

“MARTA police were notified about this video last Friday and launched an immediate and aggressive investigation into the incident. After canvassing the East Lake Station where the suspect reportedly exited the train, we received an anonymous tip that this incident possibly occurred on March 31, 2008 between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. The tipster also indicated the suspect has been known to ride Bus Route 22. MARTA police were able to positively identify the individual allegedly involved in this incident and have secured a warrant for her arrest.”

“We want to assure the public that this is an extremely isolated incident and that customer safety and security are our highest priorities,” stated MARTA Chief of Police Wanda Dunham. “We regret that any customer had to endure such harassment while using our system. I also wish the many citizens who witnessed this incident would have contacted the MARTA police so that we could have responded to this situation immediately. We are asking that anyone who witnessed this incident please come forward to provide additional first hand information, which may lead to additional charges against the suspect. If you have any information about this incident, please contact MARTA Police Detectives at (404) 848-4911.”

“MARTA police officers regularly patrol the trains and are available at rail stations to provide assistance. Emergency call buttons are also located in all rail cars, which go directly to the rail operator in case customers need to request immediate assistance. Customers can also reach MARTA Police communications directly by dialing (404) 848-4911 or by pressing #MPD on any AT&T, Verizon, or Sprint/Nextel cellular phone. Blackberry users press #673.”

Many crazy things have happened and anything CAN happen on the bus and train, but this girl and her ghettocrazy hopefully drunk/high/rolling mindstate is unfortunately an issue that will be focused on in/for ATLANTA for a long time, especially when they find this girl.

Especially when they find her mother. and especially her father.

Police in Atlanta’s public transportation have issued a warrant for the arrest of a young woman known as “Soulja Girl” after she was seen violently rebuking an elderly woman on a subway line.

The woman was seen screaming on the train at the elderly woman while reciting lyrics to the rapper Soulja Boy.

The woman is seen on a widely-viewed video screaming, “Yaaa, n***a, yaaa” and “I’ma beat you’re a** on this train.”

She also called the senior citizen a hoe and a b***h and threatened to kill her.

Wanda Y. Dunham, the chief of police for Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA), issued a statement requesting help in arresting the female.

AllHipHop.com confirmed with a MARTA representative that the person in the video is indeed the same person sought by police.

“MARTA police were notified about this video last Friday and launched an immediate and aggressive investigation into the incident,” said Dunham said in a statement. “The tipster also indicated the suspect has been known to ride Bus Route 22. MARTA police were able to positively identify the individual allegedly involved in this incident and have secured a warrant for her arrest.”

The sensational event occurred at the East Lake Station, which is where the suspect exited the train after the female berated the elderly patron.

One of the men objecting to her actions on the train yanked at Soulja Girl’s weave after she accused him of raping her.

Shortly thereafter, the aggressive female exited the train.

Dunham attempted to quell any concerns for public safety.

“We want to assure the public that this is an extremely isolated incident and that customer safety and security are our highest priorities,” the MARTA Chief of Police said. “We regret that any customer had to endure such harassment while using our system. I also wish the many citizens who witnessed this incident would have contacted the MARTA police so that we could have responded to this situation immediately. We are asking that anyone who witnessed this incident please come forward to provide additional first hand information, which may lead to additional charges against the suspect.”

MARTA police urge customers and witnesses to help by calling the MARTA Police Detectives at (404) 848-4911.

O.D. death led to huge campus drug sting

Story Highlights
NEW: One suspect sent text message offering "sale" on cocaine
Among the 96 arrested in drug operation were 75 San Diego State students
Some of the students nabbed were working toward criminal justice degrees

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Authorities have arrested nearly 100 people and seized guns and drugs in a sting operation at San Diego State University in California, the Drug Enforcement Administration said Tuesday.

Among those arrested were 75 students, some of them working toward criminal justice or homeland security degrees. One criminal justice major was charged with possession of guns and cocaine, authorities said.

One student sent a mass text message offering a "sale" on cocaine, the DEA said in a news release.

Campus police and the DEA began their undercover operation after the death of a student from an overdose in May 2007, the news release said. A second overdose death occurred as recently as February at a fraternity house.

"DEA agents infiltrated several student drug distribution cells and more than 130 drug purchases and seizures were made" during the investigation known as Operation Sudden Fall, the news release said.

Officials arrested 75 students and 21 non-students on a variety of drug charges, including selling cocaine.

Authorities say they infiltrated seven campus fraternities and found that in some, most of the students were aware of drug dealing by fraternity brothers.

The news release alleges a member of the Theta Chi fraternity sent a mass text message to his "faithful customers" saying he and some others temporarily would be unable to complete orders for drug sales due to a trip to Las Vegas, Nevada.

The text message went on to discuss a "sale" on cocaine and gave details on reduced prices, the news release said.

One student allegedly dealing cocaine was a month short of obtaining a master's degree in Homeland Security and worked with campus police as a student community service officer.

"This operation shows how accessible and pervasive illegal drugs continue to be on our college campuses, and how common it is for students to be selling to other students," said San Diego County District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis.

Officials say the evidence seized as part of Operation Sudden Fall includes four pounds of cocaine, 50 pounds of marijuana and 350 ecstasy pills. Authorities also confiscated a shotgun, three semiautomatic pistols and $60,000.

San Diego, CA. -- An undercover drug operation leads to the arrest of 96 individuals, including 75 students selling or buying cocaine, marijuana, or ecstasy on SDSU’s campus.

In May of 2007, an SDSU student was found dead in her bedroom from a drug overdose and as a result, SDSU police began an undercover investigation known as "Operation Sudden Fall."DEA Agents infiltrated several student drug distribution cells and more than 130 drug purchases and seizures were made during the five-month operation. “Our children are our biggest asset and absent a safe, drug free learning environment, their chances of succeeding are greatly diminished.

The San Diego State University Police and SDSU administration are to be commended for their swift actions in confronting the drug use problem on campus,” said DEA Special Agent in Charge Ralph W. Partridge. “This investigation spotlights two tragedies. The tragic drug overdose deaths of two college students and secondly, the shattered futures of those students who choose to continue to engage in the illicit sale and usage of a myriad of controlled substances. A drug free learning environment for our children should be the norm, not the exception.”

The investigations lead to the arrest of 75 SDSU students and 21 non-students who were arrested for possession of marijuana and cocaine to sales of cocaine. All of the students arrested have been suspended and some are due to appear in court Tuesday afternoon.

A 22-year-old Mesa College student died from an accidental cocaine overdose in an SDSU fraternity house in February of 2008.“This operation shows how accessible and pervasive illegal drugs continue to be on our college campuses, and how common it is for students to be selling to other students,” said DA Dumanis. “It’s unfortunate that it took the accidental cocaine overdose of a student to refocus attention on the problem.” Undercover agents exposed fraternity members after purchasing cocaine from members.A member of a SDSU fraternity sent out a mass text message that said that he would be traveling to Las Vegas for the weekend and would not be able to complete cocaine sales at the current time. The member also alerted customers of a "sale" on cocaine and listed the reduced prices.Four pounds of cocaine, 50 pounds of marijuana, 48 hydroponic marijuana plants, 350 ecstasy pills, psilocybin, 30 vials of hash oil, methamphetamine, various illicit prescription drugs, one shotgun, three semi-automatic pistols, three brass knuckles and $60,000 in cash were seized.FOX6's Erica Fox is at the scene and we'll have more on this story tonight at 10.Log on to FOX6.com for updated information.
